Twinlineal offers consultation to non-profit agencies, businesses, schools, communities churches, and foundations who want to improve the quality of their relationships within their organizations. Anyone that works with people can benefit from our services. Some of the major topics we consult on are:

Leadership Development

Good leadership is the corner stone to any successful organization or community movement. This consultation session will help organizations and communities build their leadership capacity to more effectively meet their goals. Program Development

The Twinlineal Institute will work with key stakeholders to develop quality and effective programming to meet the needs of your population. Learn how to complete an organizational needs assessment, capacity inventory, create and implement program goals and objectives, manage and evaluate program goals, and sustain well funded programs. The Twinlineal leadership staff is able to help you develop programs for both adults and youth that will yield organizational success.

Parent Resource Center

The Twinlineal Institute will help organizations and schools develop a comprehensive Parent Resource Center that will assist parents in becoming more effectively involved in the lives of their young people. This unique support is a great benefit to any entity which seeks to outreach, involve or engage the parents of the young people they service. The Twinlineal Institute will assist with the formation, structuring, and planning of the Parent Resource Center. The institute will also train and specify the roles of all staff, parents or volunteers that will be involved with the Center after an assessment is conducted with key stakeholders.

Cultural Competency

The United States is becoming more and more diverse with globalization and other increasing factors. Get the most cutting edge and effective techniques for working in a diverse world. This session will help organizations answer the questions, what is diversity and why should my organization be interested? What are the advantages to diversity? How to attract diverse individuals? How to make the work environment more conducive to diversity? What are some common pitfalls? This covers a wide range of diversity issues such as age, race, gender, ethnicity, nationality, sexuality, etc. Twinlineal will help organizations answer these very important questions and develop an organizational diversity plan.

Community Development

This consultation packet will consist of some of the most cutting edge community development strategies in the field. These services will include identifying and utilizing community assets in an effort for residents to increase their social and financial capital; implementing asset based community development strategies; developing and operationalizing community economic strategies. The Twinlineal Institute will also assist with the creation of a community based organization if needed.
