	Leadership is the essential force that makes things happen in the world.  A primary goal of the Twinlineal Institute is to help people become the change they want to see in the world. This change begins with leadership. This one day intensive session is designed to develop knowledgeable, skilled, unified, committed, and action orientated leaders. These skills can be used in all facets of your life: professional, community, family, etc. The Leadership training course uses a modulated approach to assist participants through their leadership journey.  The primary teaching mode is hands-on and participatory working primarily in small groups.  This approach promotes experiential and peer-influenced learning.
